  1. All information, products, and services displayed on the www.forestogreen.in website constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. The www.forestogreen.in website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason. By using the forestogreen.in website operated by Forestogreen, you (The User) accept the following terms and conditions. Forestogreen reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You are therefore advised to read them carefully every time you use the forestogreen.in website.

  2. We have made every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

  3. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  4. All products are subject only to any applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, if any, provided in the product packaging. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all liability for product defects, damage from use of services, or failure due to misuse, modification, improper selection, or misappropriation. We will not be liable to you or any third party for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss), regardless of the cause of action.

  5. Forestogreen will take responsibility for your order if it is shipped to any of the major cities (metros) via “Private Courier Companies” (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.).

  6. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Forestogreen.

  7. Forestogreen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. Payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed.

  8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the User (wrong/incomplete address or recipient unavailable), any additional cost for re-delivery will be borne by the User.

  9. The User agrees to provide accurate and true information. Forestogreen reserves the right to validate user-provided details at any time and, if found false, may reject registration or restrict service usage without prior notice.

  10. Forestogreen will not be liable for credit card fraud. Responsibility for fraudulent card use lies with the user, and the burden of proof rests solely with the user. Users should use their own cards.

  11. Forestogreen shall not entertain complaints beyond 15 days of order delivery.

  12. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising from this agreement.

COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Forestogreen reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

  2. The coupon offer will only be valid once it is applied to a qualifying item.

  3. Coupons may only be used on www.forestogreen.in and are applicable only for products shipped and sold by www.forestogreen.in. They are not valid for third-party sellers or other websites.

  4. Limit of one coupon per customer.

  5. If you return an item purchased with a coupon, the coupon value may be deducted from the return credit.

  6. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.

  7. Offer valid while supplies last.

  8. Void where prohibited.

  9. Forestogreen is not responsible for any tax payments related to coupon use.

  10. Consumers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the coupon.

  11. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
